Coach Sam’s passion for running began after undergoing bariatric surgery and losing 100 pounds. Initially unsure of how to start, she found the perfect opportunity when she joined a local running club. The sense of community inspired her to sign up for her first race, and from that moment on, her running journey took off! Now, with over two years of consistent training, Coach Sam has completed multiple half marathons, the iconic Chicago Marathon, and is always eager to take on her next challenge. Her story is a testament to perseverance, and she’s here to help others achieve their running goals with the same dedication and enthusiasm.
